Thank You Michael Abbott

Michael Abbott was a Washington State University Fine Arts major when he designed our logo. He subsequently moved to Renton where he continues to work as an artist.

In the logo, shafts of wheat represent the fields surrounding the city and farmers who harvest them, the buildings represent downtown and the wider business, and the clock tower symbolizes the university – three of the major elements of the community.
